Privacy Policy

The Stretton on Dunsmore History Society will safely store members’ names, addresses, email addresses (if applicable) and telephone numbers so that we can contact them about society events. We will only send communications to members who have agreed to be contacted and they are always welcome to check that the information we hold is correct. Any member can request that their contact details be removed from our database altogether by contacting the treasurer.

We hold the membership data securely in a password-protected spreadsheet in one location and will never share any of your contact information with anyone outside of our society.
